When The Beatles recorded eight songs in one day

Speedy recording sessions were nothing new to The Beatles, but signs of exhaustion were beginning to show around the time of 'Beatles for Sale'.

Another reason why they were the greatest band of all time. NO other band could record that many songs, at this level, in a single day. Plus: it's a great album. Some people put it down, but I have loved it since I was a kid. It has some of the greatest rock n roll ever recorded. I was basically obsessed with "Kansas City/Hey Hey Hey" when I was about 10, and "Rock And Roll Music" is epic. This album contains "Eight Days A Week" and a BUNCH of overlooked greats like "What You're Doing" and "Every Little Thing," plus covers of Buddy Holly and Carl Perkins. This album is pure rock n roll.
