Opinion: ‘Granny flats’ are destroying San Diego neighborhoods

Increases in population density must also consider infrastructure, such as sewer limitations, traffic conditions and water supply.

San Diego is being ruined in the same way as L.A. with tons of new generic boxes replacing older, architecturally interesting, structures. The housing market is inflated because greedy developers are artificially inflating it, not because of a “housing shortage.”The City Council is corrupt and benefiting just as much from these irresponsible policies.
