This is exactly what happens when you hire people based on gender and skin color. Black women are only 6.5% of the population, which means that thousands of totally unqualified people are being hired merely because they have two immutable qualities that democrats LOVE: black and female. Which means that that exact same number represents the number of people who have been discriminated against (supposedly illegal) in being denied those jobs. This is a perfect example.
