Pearl the Chihuahua Is the World's Shortest Dog | Daily Paws

Pearl the 2-year-old Chihuahua from Orlando, Fla., was named the shortest dog in the world by Guinness World Records. At only 3.59 inches tall and 5 inches long, she inherited the title from her aunt Miracle Milly, who previously held the record.
